oh so you want them to be neutral on prices of the internet, why not call it net neutrality
All my ISP ever sees is one bursty data stream of encrypted packets going to a VPN or Tor network.
So this bill would make me pay the highest tier because they can’t see what I’m browsing?
Edit: no, thats not what the bill is about. It means you no longer get a discount when buying plane tickets with and Indian exit.
