Masimo was never going to make this selling their device. I have no sympathy for Apple but this is a dumb ruling.
Meanwhile Apple made billions of using the stolen technology.
Did I read it right? This is about a patent that expires 2022? That means it is over 20 years old now. At this point, I think it is fair not to call it stolen.
