    This is like finding a turd in an outhouse. The report’s conclusion could be said of any prominent account on Twitter - the whole site is a cesspool of bots.

      I was listening to a podcast about dead internet theory the other day, and they talked about some studies that were finding the the internet in general is near 50% bot activity now. I’m sure twitter is much worse than the average.

        Safer to assume that with any major social media platform. The irony being boomers were the ones who told us that we shouldn’t believe everything on the internet but that’s the main group that does.

        Thankfully my mom still carries that uncertainty but everyone can’t be so lucky
