From her email to employees:
Twitter is on a mission to become the world’s most accurate real-time information source and a global town square for communication. We’re on the precipice of making history—and that’s not an empty promise. That’s OUR reality.
When you start by wrapping your arms around this powerful vision, literally everything is possible. You have to genuinely believe—and work hard for that belief. And in this moment of complete reinvention, we have the opportunity to reach across aisles, create new partnerships, celebrate new voices, and build something together that can change the world. And from what I can tell so far, you’re built for this.
She gives off some real cult leader overdosing on kool-aid energy.
CEOs are paid to sound that way.
I don’t know man. I’ve worked for executives who talk that way and I’ve worked for executives whose vision actually makes you excited and want to be onboard. She just sounds like one who is all tall. Although, I try not to judge from an out of context snippet.
Bold of you to assume there’s still anything left in the bank to pay her.
Or they are paid because they sound that way.

I think these are both admirable goals, however I don’t believe they can exist in the same space. A town square is open to false informations as much as it is truth.
They’re setting themselves up for failure if that’s their north star.
There is a reason Elon picked her.
Well, start by paying your GCP and AWS bills. Without the services those cloud providers offer, I doubt you’ll be able to accomplish anything.
Leopard pledges not to eat anyone’s face
This is such a joke.
I dunno if “accurate” and “real-time” ever go hand-in-hand, especially not when the information is also crowdsourced.
Especially not when part of the strategy seems to be “hey, all you people we banned for spreading misinformation! Y’all come back now, k?”
Most accurate real time information is called outside…
