I mean, the way I read it is “not a day goes by on which I am not regretting doing this”. So, every day you are regretting it 🤔

So you regret it every day? GOS is amazing in my opinion. What’s your gripe with it?
Huh. Why is that? Like, do they bark when an unknown person approaches the house?
Ah yes of course, the system must be financed somehow in the end. Still infinitely better than the american system which works worse for the average citizen and costs a lot more.
German here.
If I’m sick I just go to their practice during consultation hours. Without an appointment I have to wait a little, but rarely more than an hour. Then I get called in, the doctor takes a couple minutes to listen to me describing my symptoms, possibly does some minor checking, then writes me a prescription for whatever treatment I will need or a transfer slip to a specialized doctor.
For emergencies I can just go to the hospital. Oh, all of this costs me nothing at all, maybe a couple euros co pay for medications.
Maybe you watched the movies and remember that scene where saruman doodles around with a sort of flaming crystal ball. Thats the thing. A two way spy/communications device specifically used by the bad guys.
Essentially they named their project after the totalitarian spy device of the worst guy and his corrupted (by that very device) sidekick in lotr**. Apparently that is aspirational to these people
**yes, i know sauron is not the actual bbeg but for the sake of someone who knows the movies at best i skipped last that.

Excuse me sir and/or madam, that is a distinguished chin beard.
The key is conveyor belt placement mode, you gotta set it to straight. That, and foundations to have everything aligned and level.
I keep a summary. Not always complete, or exact, but the general idea.
Unless it is entirely useless IRL, such as nerd lore. Then i get to keep more info
I can do a bunch of appointments in succession. I can’t have enjoyable free time, an appointment of some kind, and then free time again until another scheduled thing. All that free time I will spend waiting, on edge. Can’t relax when there is still a thing to be done.
They could just use random names that conform to their beliefs.
Not paying your enforcers well enough to make sure they are loyal would probably be the dumbest mistake anyone with wealth and/or power can make.
Not saying it cant be done of course, but it seems a bit more involved than climbing over a fence after giving the guard some cigarettes.
According to the quote they have taken precautions, the peasantry is not allowed on the island. And to make sure they dont try, they have armed guards and security systems in place.
Even beyond that, the “complex” language they claim is confusing is the whole point of Wikipedia. Neutral, precise language that describes matters accurately for laymen. There are links to every unusual or complex related subject and even individual words in all the articles.
I find it disturbing that a major share of the userbase is supposedly unable to process the information provided in this format, and needs it dumbed down even further. Wikipedia is already the summarized and simplified version of many topics.
Helldivers 2 works (or at least used to when I played it) as well, while requiring kernel access on windows
And then it still needs to be able to dismantle capitalism to allocate resources efficiently and where needed and not hoarded to increase the power of a select few.
I’m a bazzite user for a good year now, and also a first time Linux user. My hardware is amd as well, and for me the experience has been great, the most annoying issues having been compatibility workarounds for windows software. I would definitely recommend you to join their discord for support.
A green screen of death does not sound healthy, even crashes or hard reboots have never produced something similar for me. To rule out hardware issues, can you install a windows copy and/or create a USB with a live Linux OS such as mint to compare? (For reference, some Linux distros are able to run entirely off a USB stick, albeit much slower due to the obvious bottleneck).
If all this checks out I would suggest either reinstalling bazzite off a verified iso (there is a function before installing to make sure there are no errors) or using another distro.
Seriously where on earth is your boyfriend from that he doesn’t know rain? That seems absurd, I’m sure even old school desert bedouins are familiar with the concept.
But how am I supposed to get to work at the co2 factory in my house sized truck on time when those fucking hippies glue themselves to the road??
