      To be fair, that’s privileged AF for you to state that. Students of non-white backgrounds are treated dramatically worse when it comes to school punishments, suspensions, expulsions, etc. Hell, US teachers are twice as likely to reprimand black kindergartners than their white peers. Yes, kindergartners. Systemic racism is systemic, FFS.

        To be fairer, your accusation of privilege is utter bullshit. I did not say that there is no longer a racial disparity in how people are treated; I said that the whole range of punishments slid harsher.
