Nokia hasn’t actually made a mobile phone since 2014 after they sold their phone division to Microsoft, they just licence the name because it still sells.
The article is referring to cellular network equipment not mobile phones.
Perhaps I should pretend I have a piece of Nokia cell network equipment. I still don’t know anyone else with one.
