Mine is Local Send which is a FOSS alternative similar to air drop that works across a variety of devices.

Immich as an alternative to Google Photos, it has all the main features but it’s self hosted.
Is it stable yet to use it? I’ve seen it and it looks promising, but it’s also under active development.
