    Unless his birthday happens before the election. I believe you’re allowed to register if your birthday falls before the election.

      Probably depends on if the state has same-day registration. I’m too lazy to check, but if anyone wants to it looks like this was in Florida

        No no, I mean, if you’re turning 18 on November 4th (or maybe even the 5th), you can register to vote earlier in the year. But you’re only eligible for elections AFTER you’re 18.
