It’s exceptionally unlikely any company in China would steal anything from Tesla given the fact that three or four self driving vehicle companies are well beyond Tesla’s capabilities, several EV manufacturers are so far beyond Tesla’s capabilities that Tesla actually buys parts from them, and Tesla’s visual design isn’t anything special anywhere.
There’s absolutely no chance a chip maker would steal or otherwise copy Tesla’s FSD chip design, because it’s effectively an ARM CPU with the TRIP cores bolted on, and the TRIP cores are absolutely nothing special in any way.
