    The few stadiums known to have terrible surfaces just amaze me. How can they be that cheap in a multi billion dollar industry? My highschool football field has great well maintained turf. How can they not fix that. It’s crazy.

    It looks like it’s $400,000-$1,000,000 to turf a field. Even if it cost double that, complete drop in the bucket to an NFL team.

      Absolutely agree. When the least valuable team in the NFL is valued at 4 BILLION, there’s no excuse for each stadium to require real grass fields. Stadium systems exist to have perfect grass fields even indoors.
