The rich when tax cuts go into effect. It’s always been a mass transfer of wealth and the plan from the beginning. It’s why we always knew any bargaining was bull.

If you post a serious question on friday and are looking only for legitimate answers, then please include the [Serious] tag on your post. Irrelevant replies will then be removed by moderators.
