The fact is that people are liking them, you’re basically whining in the void. If you don’t like what’s published here or what the mods are doing, so why are you staying here?
As one of the people that up voted many of those posts, I can assure you that it was because they were just in my main feed and lumped in with the other news and I didn’t notice what community they were in. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I’ll try to be more vigilant in the future.
There are plenty of very popular general “News” communities. Nobody is going to harass you for posting stuff that’s not really uplifting to any of them.
