minus-squaredaellat@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up2·2 days agoIt’s pretty much doing cardio so a mix of zone 2 (easy pace) volume and intervals. Running, cycling and swimming are things I enjoy and you can do it very targeted but any cardio work will over time improve it.
