    Sounds like it’s only affecting TCP and TLS, so VPN over UDP would be a quick fix.

      Russia is a free country. Unfortunately it’s not a country with very safe windows. This has led to a very unfair representation in the west.

      This seems to be originating at the ISP level so it will only affect Russians. Should be fine for someone connecting from the outside.
