Just going to leave this here. He’s totally not overreacting.
Clickbait headline worse than “claps back” or “slams.” He didn’t “spiral.” In the video he basically calmly repeats an abbreviated version of his last post on the subject.
You can see from Trump and Bondi’s comments that they’ve already identified several back down positions.
Presently, they’re just undermining the credibility of any documents they have.
Later if it doesn’t clear up they’ll just release a few vanilla bits, that say say are credible, which might include some incendiary names, but Trump will obviously be clean.
They will use that circus to undermine the credibility of the whole thing, it’s a democrat invention et cetera.
The thing I don’t quite get is what happened during Biden’s term that this couldn’t have been brought to light then. Sure the FBI was investigating and charging the Jan. 6th rioters, but surely they could have also raised charges against high profile people they knew who were clients of Epstein. Seems to me either there really isn’t anything to go on with his death and clients, or both Biden and Trump’s DOJ are suppressing going after people, maybe for different reasons?

I mean, we know Bill Clinton is, I wouldn’t be surprised if there are others too.
My other guess is that there’s a bunch of big donors on that list and they didn’t want to lose their money. Seems pretty on brand for the Democrats.
I don’t care who is on the list. I don’t care what effect it will have on society. If that many of our leaders are pedophiles then tear it all down and let history show we didn’t stand for that shit. Zero exceptions.

No, none at all, but he absolutely hates people not adoring him absolutely, and he has enough social awareness to know that pedophiles are unpopular.
He knew no MAGA would care if he shot someone.

I think (and I think he thought) that MAGA and Congress will let him get away with being just under the age limit into sexual abuse of minors one or twice, because they’ll happily swallow whatever lie he tells them about not realizing it, and I suspect that’s all he thought was there and pretty easy to redact, because in his mind, he always minimizes and excuses his crimes, and he absolutely expects others to do likewise, or they’re fired.
But him being in the Epstein files 20 times as often than Clinton, that, he knows, will upset MAGA and cause the QAnons to realise that he was part of the epicentre of a conspiracy of rich and powerful pedophile “elites”, enough to make them reconsider everything he ever said.
I agree with everything you said. What I still don’t get is… isn’t Trump known for being a “rich and powerful elite businessman”? Isn’t it the only thing that “justifies” he knows what he’s doing with his tariff debacle? How can he be separated from the elite class?
