Right now. Frankly speaking it wouldn’t take too much effort to basically make folks specifically businesses pay federal taxes through the state. Create a free tax system for individual citizens and put a 25% tax on businesses that don’t use it, then it’s just a matter of fucking with IRS agents until they give up.
