minus-squareMonkderVierte@lemmy.ziplinkfedilinkarrow-up7·edit-22 days ago put a handful Müesli-Mix (here self-made with oatmeal, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, nuts, etc.) in a bowl as much Milk and a bit more (oat Milk in my case) a spoonful quark/jogurt slice some fruits to taste (here nectarine & apple) add some Müesli on top for the crunchy then the berries if you have (currant is right? Johannisbeere) About 5 minutes of effort daily And maybe 15 all 2 months to mix the Müesli. I like to add some salt and cinnamon. But maple syrup fits too.
