They don’t have to, honestly. There’s “good” (nothing is fundamentally good about Israel and the US, lol) money behind it so what is the problem? American leadership is amoral and self-serving, just like the populace is at its core, so they’re getting the bag and it’s not like higher governmental ranks do any jail time so what’s the downside? To quote brother Shahid: “there hasn’t been a genocide America hasn’t liked”. 🤷
