Right, the constituents of the state are being deprived of Constitutional representation. Filing the suit is the correct course toward rectifying this, not making a press statement.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
