Reminds me of the Berkeley balcony collapse during a student party ten years ago.
I was in a thread just yesterday talking about Americans building houses out of wood. I didn’t realise they’d build a fifth floor balcony out of wood.
Yeah, this happens when balconies rated for like 5-10 people have triple that number. Don’t crowd any structure like this.
The linked example specifically wasn’t due to overcrowding.
Is this how Russian balconies fail so frequently?
