      I wonder, why are industrial zoning and low property values also correlated with race?

        In the modern day, mostly because poor people live in undesirable areas and poor people are more likely to be black, but rich black people aren’t living near chemical plants.

      I wouldn’t say it’s fabricated outrage, but an illustration of the relationship between race and economic conditions in the United States.

      They don’t “intentionally” target racial groups, but it just happens that all of the low-income areas are racially stratified due to systemic racism. That’s more where the anger is directed.
