IF Schumer had forced the breaking of the Filibuster, the senate could over ride this decision on the part of Trump.

  You need 67 senators to override a presidential veto. It’s unrelated to the filibuster.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
