How a Colorado court decision could set back a push to label gas stoves like cigarettes

Without conclusive evidence linking gas stoves to health impact, the court concluded Colorado couldn’t enforce its first-in-the-nation law.

I think it’s pretty common to have 240v outlets in the kitchen for exactly this reason. Same with electric clothes dryers.
