Even if you have a jurisdiction witb rock solid castle doctrine, using that as a defense for shooting at law enforcement is a perilous legal strategy.

According to Wikipedia, on paper yes but in practice the duty to retreat has been upheld in case law.
Even if you have a jurisdiction witb rock solid castle doctrine, using that as a defense for shooting at law enforcement is a perilous legal strategy.
What’s the alternative then when they go door to door armed, forcing their way in to make you disappear?
