Unlikely to ever result in regret. The large majority of people are too self-centered, and will therefore twist things in their minds every which way they can to blame anybody but themselves. Especially someone who willingly becomes an ICE thug.
I don’t want people killed. But some sort of extremely uncomfortable daily reminder of the life he took unnecessarily would be good for him.
