Bills coach Sean McDermott wasn't happy with the way officials handled a critical overtime play that resulted in a Broncos interception Saturday, saying it was "too big of a play" not to stop the game and review it.
Of all the problems, this one has to be the most obviously called correctly. If the ball came out and hit the ground after he landed, it would have been incomplete. In other words, he never maintained possession. He never completed the process of the catch before it was taken from him.
I saw the replay and it seemed open and shut interception.
