All honor-system based requirements. There’s literally nothing stopping them from turning off their body cameras, detaining a US citizen, and beating the shit out of them. Does she really think they’re going to record themselves committing crimes and then report it to congressional Democrats?

Really? What mechanism for accountability is being proposed here? They didn’t hold these goons accountable even in more sane times, which is why they’re so emboldened now. These agents get qualified immunity and the government has sovereign immunity so not only will they not get prosecuted criminally but you can’t even sue them unless they first gives you permission to do so.

Democrats will absolutely approve this ICE funding bill and they’ll later parade all over TV talking about how they’ve “reined in ICE” with the above mentioned facetious “restrictions” and nothing will change.
