U.S. Army Reserve Black Hawk pilot Chris Busby, 28, and Stephanie Kenny-Velasquez, 25, went to an Austin courthouse to get their marriage certificate on Dec. 3.
Roughly 48 hours later, Velasquez entered a Houston Immigration and Customs Enforcement office for a routine check-in and never emerged, Busby said. …
…
Velasquez came to the United States in 2021 hoping to start a new life far from the violence and political instability of her native Venezuela. She does not have a criminal record and presented herself to immigration officials in Miami when she arrived in the country.

Just because it’s illegal to trump and his goons doesnt mean it’s morally just. I’m just saying 🤷🏻♂️
Oh I’m not speaking to the morality of deserting, only that it would make your situation immensely worse.
Your wife’s already locked up, the military knows who she is, and now you’ve deserted. They toss your wife into solitary (or worse) and forget about her until you decide she shouldn’t suffer, and turn yourself in. You probably will, and now you’ve just bought both of you a one-way trip to whatever hellhole the regime decides to send you both to.
All of which could’ve probably been avoided by not deserting. js
You think his wife is t already getting the worst treatment in there? She’s a pretty girl and ICE are invel goons. That poor girl. Welcome to the new America, act accordingly.
However bad she has it, they can absolutely make it worse if they decide to
You are making a lot of assumptions with that though. Who’s to say it isn’t already as bad as it can be for her? Literally no one knows, how cool is that?!
