Unless your plan is to try and outbreed conservative parents, the children of leftists will be outnumbered anyway.
Parenting is very resource intensive, both in time and material resources, and is thus an inefficient means of transmitting ideologies. You could likely use that time and resources for outreach and pull children of conservatives to the left.
Wouldn’t ensuring leftists aren’t parents but conservative are just work to push the overton window in the future?
I mean you could adopt and it doesn’t increase the population any further. And you get save a child from having to live a life as an orphan. Win win?
