      Duh. Of course unencrypted government secrets do not belong on 3rd party services. Guess what: Russia doesn’t do that either.

      Telegram must not be used by certain sectors because it can be attacked. That’s different from the wrong claim that FSB controls Telegram. If that was the case all of Telegram would be forbidden for all of Ukraine and that’s not the case.
