I’m from Kentucky. The Ford plants were huge for the state, but I admittedly was suspicious from the start. Also, I’m likely in the minority on this but EVs are such a short term thing. The whole country is worse off for failing to expand rail and other public transportation infrastructure.

I got a job as a government contractor under Biden and then Trump cancelled the contract. I haven’t been able to find a real job since May. I live in Pennsylvania. Guess how I’ll be voting.
