ATTORNEY GENERAL PAM BONDI for the first time acknowledged the existence of a secret list of domestic terrorist organizations during a House Judiciary Committee hearing on Wednesday.
“I know Antifa is part of that,” Bondi said under questioning about the list from Rep. Mary Gay Scanlon, D-Pa., the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Constitution and Limited Government. Bondi refused to offer any further details about the “domestic terrorist organization” database being compiled under President Donald Trump’s National Security Presidential Memorandum 7, or NSPM-7.
“The goal was to get her – even by denying that she would produce it – to acknowledge that it existed and then raise the alarm,” Scanlon told The Intercept.
The Justice Department had previously refused to acknowledge the list to The Intercept, despite being asked scores of questions about it over a period of months.

The ICE contractor GEO Group is a spin off of the parent company Wackenhut Corporation. A private security company created by a right-wing former FBI agent, George Wackenhut who collected millions of files on Americans suspected of being dissidents.
The founder and current CEO of GEO Group, began working with Wackenhut in the 1980s and once called George Wackenhut, the person he most admired.
Today on an earnings call, the CEO of GEO Group announced that despite slumping stocks due to shareholder backlash against contracts with ICE, the company has reached record profits due to Trump dumping several large contracts on the company, which have allowed them to increase pay for guards by 800%. The CEO also announced the company would be helping to build and run the warehouses recently purchased by the Trump administration that will be be used as concentration camps.
Interestingly, in addition to Communism and opposition to the Vietnam war, the surveillance files kept by GEO parent company Wackenhut, focused on the broader left counterculture of the 1960s, and appear to document the right’s evolving definition of “subversion."
Interestingly, the government administration partnering with Wackenhut Corporation’s spinoff company, Geo Group, is using a national security presidential memo (NSPM-7) that appears to document the right’s evolving definition of “subversion” in order to target Americans for surveillance based very vague claims the memo cites as evidence of “domestic terrorism.”
