“I didn’t think the leopard would eat MY kids.”
Another facial snack for the leopards.
🤡
So-called common sense is culturally-based, ie: what makes defensive sense to people living in close proximity to tigers is different than those who seem to adore inviting leopards-who-eat-faces into their own homes.
Far too often people make the mistake in thinking their common sense is the only right way to think.
For example isn’t dumb ASF a nazi jew, right, right?
get fucked!
This belongs on stupid news.
In all the coverage of this I have not seen a single statement from her that is supportive of Trump or his immigration policy. I’m not saying she’s a good person but I’m starting to suspect people just want to force this story to fit the narrative they find gratifying instead of learning what actually happened.
It’s good to check sources. I’m only finding second-hand reports of it, though she is in the Conservative party in Colombia. One site says she founded Latinas for Trump.

This is what made me suspicious. Usually when a politician supports someone there’s no need to make vague statements like this because you can easily find a quote from her explaining her positions in her own words. The lack of such quotes seems conspicuous.
Regarding the Latinas for Trump claim, I can’t find any other sources making this claim, so I suspect this is just misinformation. I did find several statements from the real Latinas for Trump founders criticizing Trump’s immigration policy, though none had people close to them harmed directly. It seems to be a US based organization founded by local US politicians, so it would be quite surprising if this Colombian woman was involved, especially when she’s not mentioned as a founder elsewhere.
Here’s an article on one of the actual founders: https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/5708999-garcia-criticizes-trump-midterms/
Yeah, that claim seems HIGHLY dubious.
So the guy hasn’t bothered himself with visa and other paperwork?
I believe he did have a visa and applied for asylum, although being the son of a politician unless there are some very unusual circumstances, his asylum claim seems dubious.
That said, he was following the rules as they exist and should not have been arrested.
Those things only mattered when DHS/ICE were operating under the constitutional law, once they threw out due process and warrants signed by judges they did the usual thing heavily armed, poorly educated, fascist gangs do. Murder opposition and send scapegoats to prison camps.
