I’m definitely intrigued. Most of the early demo reviews hated on it for being text heavy instead of voice actors, so I’m keen to see some updated reviews.
I haven’t done a deep dive into the reviews, but it looks like it’s going to be one of those “fine, if you’re into that sort of thing” games.
Nostalgia will probably drive it a lot, but I bought it. If it’s reasonably fun I can role play
I’ve only played two hours so far, but the game currently has the feeling of one of those “just one more turn…” games.
I’m having a lot of fun.
Okay, I have to admit, I had no idea this thing was even close to a full release…
Steam reviews are mixed. I’ll wait.
I’m mad Star trek stopped support for the 4x almost immediately, but I know it’s a different studio (well I assume, haven’t actually checked)
You are correct. It was a different studio. That changes nothing for me. I will wait the weeks for it to go on sale.
I got it. First thoughts (less than an hour in).
- zero voice over.
- graphics are good but the character models kinda suck.
- the bones are here for an interesting game.
I haven’t gotten past the caretaker yet so not sure what the real game will be like, assuming this is a tutorial still
