The last year has proven that the Epstein class is untouchable here in the US. They may have to make some kind of symbolic gesture, like Larry Summers’ resignation, but that’s all it’ll be.

Nah, I would see it like another commented, plan A is taking over as a full dictator, but failing that he would likely try and run to avoid any punishment.
