Federal prosecutors are describing those who participated in a July 4 gathering outside a Texas immigration detention center that left a police officer wounded as antifa members intent on a “violent campaign” to influence U.S. policy.
Lawyers and judges and the biggest old boy’s club. By and large, they see the rot, the dishonesty, they are in league with it one way and or others, and believe the Republic is already dead in all but name. They betray their oaths systematically, because they don’t believe in them, seeing it as a joke they are in on. The thing being sworn on doesn’t exist, never did to them, and they believe in nothing other than self interest.
This is nothing, and scotus cancelling the power for judges to issue nationwide injunctions was a huge deal that will allow systematic betrayals of our rights, of police rounding up masses of people without habeous corpus and shipping them to camps, whatever.
As if everyone has the ability to get a lawyer and make it through having standing and getting a case heard in the same district before irreparable harm is done. There are a dozen ways the feds can now frustrate any one person getting their day in court, causing irreparable harm before any judgement is rendered if they can get it at all, if they aren’t shipped to different districts with judges favorable to them, or just disappeared with no contact with any judges or courts or lawyers.
There is no way for judges to put a stop to that anymore, not before months of wrangling if scotus decides it. I am shocked even our media didn’t realize that judgement was a big deal and tell us. But they either didn’t realize it was a big deal, or didn’t tell us.
It’s both very telling and utterly insane that prosecutors are leaning so hard into the whole “antifa is domestic terrorists” narrative
Well, legally, they are. Trump issued an EO a few months ago, precisely for cases like these.
You need to create the boogeyman to trick the nudnicks into acceptance.
