The plan is to move all the money to the top 0.1%. Low birthrate is just a side effect of that. The plan was always to fill in the gaps in workforce with illegal immigrants which are cheaper and easier to steal money from. Currently I’m not sure what the plan is. Robots? Abandon manufacturing altogether?
