Motorola has announced a partnership with GrapheneOS which will see a phone with support, as well as features ported to other devices.

Will these phones (regardless of OS) be supported in various countries lockdown of IMEIs.

My country blocked FairPhone 5 IMEIs, even though it meets requirements, as its not officially sold. Among other popular and official brands.

They basically can limit what phones you have now.
