The White House still has on its website a statement regarding Trump’s 2025 bombing of Iran, carrying the headline: “Iran’s Nuclear Facilities Have Been Obliterated — and Suggestions Otherwise are Fake News.”

If the law was actually followed as it is stated in regards to purposely spreading illness it would probably be possible to charge Trump with mass murder based on that alone.
