    That right there is an example of how the media drives the narrative. The exact same thing can be said about the other part, but they save such loaded language for one party. It’s designed to sound like a reasonable question while sparking an emotional response.

      It’s going to get much, much worse. Ellison has bought all the traditional media, and social media is going to be overrun with AI comments pushing talking points. It’s really not hard to get AI to say the same thing in slightly different ways 10,000 times. And it’s going to work. It’s pretty easy for 10,000 “people” to bully you off of making contrary comments on Lemmy.

      I’m almost tempted to get ahead of it. If you can’t beat it, join them? Maybe I should see if my AI bots can scream louder than the malicious AI bots. Of course I won’t have quite the same VPN resources as a nation state.
