My dad’s a historian. When I was younger he had WWII memorabilia, including a Nazi armband. One of my classmates who came over asked if my dad was a Nazi when he saw it. He also had a picture of Hitler at one point. I think my mom made him get rid of that stuff.
Maybe someday they’ll be collector’s items, like things with Hitler’s signature.
Maybe, but those collectors will be viewed with suspicion and scorn, like hitler collectors of today, that are not museums.
