How long before the first person dies because the cops try and arrest someone who defaced one.
Only technically illegal if it’s done with intent to change the face value, advertise commercial services, or to remove it from circulation. Since it’s still spendable, not advertising, and we would want these altered bills to continue circulating, it wouldn’t be a crime.
It’s not going to stop them from harassing the artist though.
You’re still acting like we have the rule of law in this dictatorship.
If that’s the case it better be the cop.
