He’s definitely trying. It’s not clear yet how much he’ll succeed. The Shiv America Act looks like it’s a dead duck in the Senate. There will still be state-level fuckery in some states, and legal actions venue-shopped to his favorite corrupt judges such as Cannon. But the Republicans’ polling is so bad that they might get their asses handed to them anyway.
