Look at the Vietnam draft and how that went, and realize that the majority supported the Vietnam war until after 8 years in - we’re only 15 DAYS into the Iran war and it’s already very unpopular. Keep in mind as well, that historically it’s young people who are most likely to participate in civil unrest.
I honestly believe that if Trump imposed a draft for the Iran war, it would spell the end of his presidency, and possibly his life.
That won’t lead to civil unrest. There’ll be a few protests but the majority will comply.
A large part will support it.
