TSA agents have been working without pay amid the ongoing DHS shutdown, with long lines across the country

Congress has the power of the purse, huh? Yeah right. I guess this means he could have taken funds and just given everyone universal health-insurance at any time, huh?

Tell me again: what was that oath he took at the start of his presidency? Something about supporting and defending the Constitution? I guess it was whenever he felt like it?
