I don’t know, calling Marco Rubio “Meatball” is pretty good (though apparently Trump denies this one).
And listen, I’m not proud of it, but I definitely laughed when he referred to Covid as “Kung Flu.” But looking through the Wikipedia list of nicknames I gotta say, he’s definitely week. He reused “Sloppy” for both Steve Bannon (whomst he should have called “Shirt Stack” for those silly layered button downs) and Chris Christie, and also reused “Lyin’” and “Liddle” and others. Pretty unoriginal overall.
