They all do it. There’s no other way to earn millions and millions of dollars making $174k a year…

To my surprise this is actually illegal for members of Congress per the STOCK Act of 2012:

They all do it. There’s no other way to earn millions and millions of dollars making $174k a year…
There’s no way to make millions and millions from stock purchases on $174k in any short period of time. They’re using other funds.
