It was an award winning game that started with K a few years back, but for the life of me I can’t remember the name. Dont even remember which award; it released when I was burned out from Gaming. (It’s not Bafta though, I checked)
Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
Never trust your memory of a letter association. We as a species make too many associative memories for that to work very well. But I’m guessing if you give the rundown, someone will figure it out

Also, tossing a guess of Kenshi into the mix. Squad based RPG.
Genuinely one of the hardest farming game in existence. Even if you keep out the wildlife that are after both your farms and your farmers, a giant squad of bandits is probably on its way to “request” your crops.
I would be so pissed because three titles came to mind before I even finished your first sentence.
