Two Superbowls and a HOF QB really has gotten to Chiefs fans heads. Reminds me of the Steeler fans during the early 2000s.

      It’s not just that.

The Chiefs have dominated for eight years straight. They went 10-6 and are in the AFC Championship game and the consensus in the NFL is that this is a down year. There are 28 teams who would sell their own mothers for THAT down year.

It took five years of consistent dominance for Chiefs fans to stop panicking at every bad play.

This fan base is definitely cocky as hell, but their team is just that good.

I’ve been a pats fan since 2002 so I know what it means. Just didn’t realize how bad the fanbase was until I saw it from the other side of the table. Granted social media wasn’t really a thing until the 2nd Patriots dynasty.
